[/classy] [classy=infotop]personality[/classy][classy=infobottom]detailed appearance weight: 8 lbs height: 25 cm body length: 45 cm tail length: 32 cm At first glance, many would think Firestorm is a conceited, vain, or possibly even judgmental, warrior. He tends to carry his head high, yet not in a snobby way, and has his tail up. The way he bounces along may add to this too. While he sits he squares his shoulder back, and wraps his tail comfortably around his paws. Despite this, he is known as a very friendly cat. Firestorms look fits in with the stereotypical WindClan appearance. He has a very slim, but fit, figure and he seems to have bones made of air, somewhat like a bird. Though this doesn't affect his look, if drastically affects other aspects of his abilities. While running, he seems as if hes floating through the air. This, and his oddly long tail, gives him great balance. His bones, however, break more easily than others. His fur is short and even, but also slightly thin. It feels soft to the touch, and bounces straight back up when pushed down. His body itself has moderate muscle coverage, which blends nicely with his face. His paws are small, and appear delicate, but have been toughened through long runs across the open WindClan territo. His face is quite round, but has well defined, with a slightly pointed muzzle set between his eyes. At the end of his muzzle is a small, pink nose and long white whiskers The same pink faintly outlines his mouth. Inside is a short, reddish-pink tongue, which match his rough, worn down paw-pads perfectly. His ears are slightly wider than they are tall, and are always somewhat set back. He purposely does this to listen in on his surroundings. Bright green-silver eyes stand out from the ginger which surrounds around them. His pelt is mostly ginger, which covers his shoulders, back, most of his face, his ears and rings on his tail. This leaves his chest, legs, tail, and a few random patches through his back white. The tufts in his ears are also white. His most defined markings is his white blaze down between his eyes and covering his muzzle. personality social.loyal.stubborn.protective.pessimist.emotional.witty.intelligent. Firestorm is a overall very friendly. He loves to chat with others in his clan, as well as others when he goes to Gatherings. He doesn't care who you are, really, he just loves to talk an getting to know other cats. This makes him quite the social butterfly. Even if he doesn't know you, he can casually start a conversation. Not only start one, but keep it interesting . Unless you're a wall, of course. Despite loving to talk to anyone and make friends, Firestorm is extremely loyal to those he deems his close friends. He will defend you at all costs and will help you with anything you need. Even if this means dropping what he's doing to help you. When it comes to his friends, he is entirely selfless. Sometimes too much, as he would give up anything for his closest friends. Applying his loyalty to his beliefs as well makes him come off as quite stubborn. Often times, he refuses to see any other way but his, and will speak out for what he thinks is right. He stands his ground, sometimes even if he's wrong. When he finally realizes he is wrong, if at all, he will admit he was wrong and apologize. However, if he realizes this occurs during an argument and when he has a strong current emotion, he will keep his position, so he doesn't have to admit he's wrong. Adding to his loyalty trait, he can get protective over his friends. He hates to see anyone he's close to hurt in any way and will go after whoever is responsible. If any case, he will first try to resolve the problem, but will simply turn to resenting you if it is something that can't be resolved. Not only this, but he will make it known if he doesn't like you. Not in a mean way, but he will be slightly cold if he talks to you. Underneath his social covering, he is quite the pessimist. Naturally, he is very negative, and will see the bad in most things. Yet, through his life, he's taught himself to see more positively. Even through his efforts, sometimes he has no choice but to feel helpless in a situation until he finally finds a solution. Adding to this, he is an over-thinker. Sometimes, this is good, and sometimes it's bad. It can help in situations that need something worked out. But it can also backfire and he will read into something too much. Despite being his usually happy self, Firestorm has a large emotional range. In most cases, he will simply hold them inside, and ignore them. Yet, sometimes, when they're unbearably strong, they will be plainly etched on his face. When this does happen, Firestorm likes to be left alone to think, but still have someone at his side. Just so he's not alone. When he's angry, he'll keep the reason to himself. Yet, if he's prodded enough, he will blow up the answer. It's best to let him cool down before asking. In which case, he will talk through the problem. Sharp-tongued is a phrase that many cats use to describe Firestorm. It seems as if sarcasm is his best friends. Especially when he's angry. Sometimes, he will use his wit too much, and may come off as if he think's you don't know anything. Many times he was just trying to be funny. If he was angry, he probably meant it. Firestorm is a very smart cat, who love to learn new things, and strives to be better at everything he does. Curiosity drives almost everything he does. Sometimes he will push himself too hard just to prove himself to others. His intelligence is partly influenced by his great memory. He remembers things clearly, even if he doesn't want This trait helps him to learn new things faster than most cats. [/classy] [classy=infotop]history[/classy][classy=infobottom]The story starts with a warrior named Lilypaw, a proud WindClan apprentice. When Lilypaw was a mere apprentice, she was very outspoken, but sweet. This made her become a very popular apprentice in the Clan, especially as a courting choice. Yet, she wasn't interested in any of the toms chasing her. She had her sites set on Jaypaw, an strong willed, handsome, but shy - and because of this- unpopular apprentice. She liked how independent her was, and how gently he did his tasks. More so, she loved the fire in his eyes while battle training. She found him adorable. She kept her attraction to herself, because the other apprentices found him unworthy. Also because, when when she did attempt to talk to him, he always gave her short answers, as if he was uninterested. Then he would quickly walk away. On the other side of the story, Jaypaw was a shy, soft-spoken apprentice. He was overlooked by the she-cat apprentices. Like many other apprentices, Jaypaw had a crush on Lilypaw. But not for the reason the others did. Lilypaw was nice to him while others weren't. She would often ask him how training went. He would get so nervous he'd just blurt out an answer and scurry away, embarrassed. His emotions always got the best of him. Needless to say, moons went by with the same scare contact and the distant crushes on both sides. Lilypaw became Lilystream. A sweet, loving warrior. Jaypaw became Jaystreak. A now brave, friendly, but still unwanted, warrior. Nothing else changed. Both didn't want any other mate but each other. The only person who knew Lilstream liked Jaystreak was Amberheart, Lilystream's closest friend. Though she swore to keep it a secret, and stuck by her word. Other than her, they told their friends they weren't interested in anyone. One day, Lilystream and Amberheart got in an argument. "You can't do this!" Lilystream hissed in a whisper, "it's wrong." "But i love him. surely you must understand that." Amberheart replied. "No, I don't. It really doesn't make sense." "You'll understand one day though." "I don't think I ever will. All I know is that you can't see him anymore!" "I thought you would understand! I'm not going to stop seeing him. I love him." "You can't love him. He's from another Clan. Oh well, you have a new tom every week, I'm sure this will pass." "WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!" "You know EXACTLY what I mean." "Are you trying to say something?" "Well it's not my fault you go courting every tom you see, you tail-hopper." Lilystream meowed loudly, not caring who heard. By this point, the whole clan was watching. "EXCUSE ME? You're just jealous because you don't have anyone to court because your too busy being starry-eyed over that-that Jaystreak!" Amberheart retorted. The camp went silent. "I can't believe you," Lilsystream said, choking on words, heart broken. To the right of the crowd, Jaystreak looked on, his eyes wide and his face burning. By this point, everyone was looking at between Lilstream and him. For weeks after, Lilystream avoided Jaystreak. She couldn't even be near him without feeling embarrassed. By this point, Lilystream and Amberheart were fine. Eventually, Jaystreak became annoyed and told her to stop running, because he liked her too. From then on, they spent almost every second together. 6 short moons later, Lilystream gave birth to 3 kits. Swiftkit, a tortoiseshell tom, Pebblekit, a gray and white long furred she-cat, and Firekit. Firekit was the most friendly of the three. Swiftkit, however, was the most outspoken, and became the leader. Pebblekit was very caring, and excitable, but kept to herself with strangers. The three had many adventures as kits. They would try to sneak out of camp, but never managed to. The farthest they got was out the nursery door a few times after it was dark. They were all very close. When the three became apprentices, they would talk to each other about their training, and what they had learned. They had countless hours of fun practicing with each other. They would occasionally get in spats about who was the best at certain things, such as stalking prey. Moons passed and the three became warriors. They remained extremely close. Swiftpaw became Swiftwind. Pebblekit became Pebblepool. Firepaw became Firestorm. As a warrior, he tries his best to improve himself every day, and to help others if they need it. He hasn't had an apprentice, but is ready if he ever gets one. [/classy] |
