roleplay/writing sample:
A small gray figure stood only inches away from the Warriors Den. Her lovely tail had cured neatly around her paws, why am I named after my tail? The small gray she-cat thought in wonder about her Warrior name. Why was she named Ashtail instead of something else? Her mind was on cloud nine as the thoughts drifted back and forth.
Hearing a few pawsteps, Ashtail's thought bubble popped! She whipped her head straight at the sound of paws... It was Rosehaze. He was a lovely tom indeed, many she-cat went after him. Gladly not a flirt, but did like to play around. What, was he trying to interact with her again? Last time he died, Ashtail practically ran away! Talk about embarrassment... But, that is what you get from a shy cat.
"Hello Ashtail." The tom slowly meowed as he sat right in front of her. Why must he be so persistent? Is this the so called 'toms' pride that the other she-cats gossip on? Either way, this was something she did not want to be around her... Ashtail stared at him, her eyes full of fear almost like a poor animal being hunted down and killed. She said nothing. There are times when she wishes to respond, but the fear of toms blocked the sound of talking. There are times when a tom tries to talk to her, but Ashtail runs away and they never come back. Why this cat though? Why is he so different? The only cat who hasn't given up on me...

roleplay/writing sample: A dark tabby and white tom lay in his nest, yellow eyes wide open. It was hard to sleep in the warrior's den once more. The scent of his mother, Brindlestorm was gone from his pelt and replaced with the scent of his denmates. I can't sleep without my mother's scent... he thought with a silent sigh. The slender feline rose slowly from his new nest at the center of the den and growled softly at the sight of how far he was from the entrance. If I were to need to make dirt, I'd have it out by the time I even made it to the den's entrance! his thoughts were full of frustration and loneliness. His mother was everything to him aside from ShadowClan and it was very difficult for him to be away from her so much. Suppose it'll warm up my aging bones for a walk... Grousetooth thought with a shrug.
Slowly making his way around his denmates and steadily toward his destination, Grousetooth decided he'd trade spots with a younger cat for a place a tad closer to the entrance. It'd be way easier on him that way. Once out of the almost suffocating warmth of the warrior's den, the tabby and white tom slunk into the forest at the pace of a stroll.
While padding through the tall trees of ShadowClan's forest, Grousetooth picked up the scent of his apprentice, Mallowpaw. If Oakpaw took him out here to bully him, I swear I'll not keep my claws sheathed this time! the senior warrior thought with a soft hiss.
The closer he got, the more he noticed that there was no other scent other than Mallowpaw's in the trail he followed. This didn't calm him though. Mallowpaw, let's just hope you're not getting into any trouble...I'm getting too old to be much of a protector from rogues and loners... Grousetooth hurried his leisurely steps to a brisk walk and jumped in surprise when his paw landed on a thin stick, snapping it. Ah, he's gone. the slender tabby sighed, hearing pounding pawsteps fading away.
I suppose I should follow him. he thought, already bounding through the dark woods with his heart pounding from the exercise. "Why...are apprentices...so difficult?" Grousetooth panted, tail streaming out behind him as he raced rather swiftly for his age.
Skidding to a stop near camp, he followed the scent of Mallowpaw to the Nursery and entered its darkness. His yellow eyes narrowed to adjust to the sudden change of darkness. While the outside was bright with moonlight, the heavily covered Nursery was shadowy so the kits' sleep would be undisturbed.
Being as quiet as possible, Grousetooth picked his way toward the curled up form of his apprentice and prodded him when he got close enough. "Let's have a chat...outside." than tabby and white senior warrior whispered, bright eyes gentle and panting calmed. He then uttered a hint of a smile and padded out of the pitch darkness of the milky scented den and into the clean, crisp aired camp, expecting Mallowpaw to follow suit.

roleplay/writing sample: Ferndapple ran through the trees, her light brown fur flew in all directions around her, her light soundless paws making no movement as she passed by. Pale green eyes swiveled in all directions to keep the enemy off her tail. We had to think fast to keep this lumbering idiot off of her hind. think fern think! she cursed under her breath and she felt something nip at the hind ends of her tail, her light fluffy white paws moved faster as she took big bounding leaps now. Her small frame flying effortlessly through the air as she landing back down with a thud and kept going.
Ahead of her was a rock wall, there! I can use that for my trap! she grinned and her face flew behind her, the orange scum was still on her heels, but not by much. Her sides panted as she ran faster and harder, she took a sharp turn right and behind the wall, climbing up on top of it to jump down when need be,
Soon she heard a thud as the fix hit the wall, and she yowled with pride and jumped down into the fox, clawing at every inch she could get up. But the fox was not giving up that easily, oh no. This fox was a tough one. He yipped at the large cat on top of his orange frame and his jaws dove right for her neck, Ferndapple just barely missed it and flew from the fox. Clawing out eyes as she went, the fawn tabby slid underneath the fox and clawed reptitivelessly as his soft skin of the stomach.the fox howled with pain as it flew away from the cat,
Ferndapple watched as it went, panting in pain, but a sly grin on her face. No kits would be taken today. Because that fox had a piece of her mind. She looked down upon herself and saw she was blood written. She sighed and walked to the river, about a quarter a ways down the border she was on, and hopped in for a bath. She rolled around in the water, cleansing her of the fox scent and blood that was on her.
Once out, she shook her fur and trotted back to camp. But wait.. She couldn't go back empty pawed.. Ferndapple sighed again, she was tired and wanted nothing more than a good rest, but she headed back to the river and crouched down. She watched all the fish swim by and held a sturdy paw above the water. She watched and waited, and slammed down at the big fish, hooking it with one claw and throwing it out of the water and away from the bank. She smiled, making a nice clean kill, and a large fish, she caught a few more fish and called it good. Her little mouth couldn't carry everything, so she buried some of it, and would come back to it later.

username:Terohime type of school:writing in past tense roleplay/writing sample:(A rp sample from a different site) A place such as this was nothing but a useless piece of land that no pack dared to claim. There was no scent, not one, no new, or old. Oχιά's strong legs carried him across a unfamiliar land that he had not yet had the pleasure of crossing paths with. The 38" male made his way around the tree routes that had grown in a place of danger. One wrong move and who ever got caught in the death grasp of the routes would most likely would break a leg or two. His dark blue eyes scanned the land, not much light had managed to creep through the small cracks in the canopy above.
Coming to a stop Oxia's ears twitched with the howl of another wolf in the area. Distance was not that far from him, and by the sound of the tone of the howl the other was female. He stood there comprehending the call that had entered his ear drums, The call that this femme had let out was more intended to be intimidating and most likely scare him away. Who ever this female was Oxia knew that he would have to meet this female. He started to move towards the one who had sent out the call of terror, or what ever that was. His muscles rippled under his thick fluffy fur. His ears were moving from the front of his head to the back and all around listening for any movement or noise that could cross his path.
His tail swayed gently as the scent of another came swarming into his nostrils. His deep blue eyes looked off into the distance to see another standing there, waiting, for what? He did not know. He made his way to the other wolf and stopped a few feet from her, She had the look on her face like a killer and that did not bother her. Her size was fairly close to his but she was not all that intimidating to him. yes her looks may be sum-what, how do you put it? Out there. And to him that was only because she slacked on upkeep on personal prancer.Oxia stood there and scanned the femme over taking in every detail he could about her.
"I herd your call." Is all he said as he stood there tail still and him just standing there watching the female. Something about her screamed unstable and from where he is from a lot of other wolves are unstable pretty badly. The wind picked up speed a little bit as if the earth it's self can fell the moods radiate off of them.
